New Deantronics is committed to strengthening occupational safety and health management. Since 2013, the Tucheng facility has implemented the ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The Chiayi facility opened in 2019 and simultaneously obtained certification, continuing New Deantronics' commitment to workplace safety. This system covers all employees and non-employees (such as contractors and visitors), and regular internal and external audits are conducted annually to ensure that the management mechanism operates effectively and complies with regulations, creating a workplace environment where colleagues can work with peace of mind.
